Panoramix™ is a portfolio management platform built for independent registered investment advisors (RIAs) and independent financial advisors. It is multi-custodial, configurable, and designed to integrate with third-party technology, allowing firms to use Panoramix as a comprehensive platform or as part of an existing technology stack.

Panoramix is designed primarily for independent registered investment advisors (RIAs) and independent financial advisors. Its configurable, multi-custodial structure can also support other wealth management organizations, including Family Offices and Broker Dealers, with different needs and workflows.

A standard Panoramix license includes Panoramix's full suite of portfolio management capabilities, including billing and performance reporting, a customizable client portal, contact and household management, dashboards, document management, and other advisor tools. Trading & Rebalancing capabilities are available by adding Panoramix Pro.

Yes. Panoramix is a multi-custodial platform designed to bring data from multiple custodians together within a single portfolio management environment, helping advisors manage, analyze, bill, and report on client portfolios across custodial relationships.

Yes. Panoramix integrates with a range of custodians and third-party technology providers, allowing firms to use Panoramix alongside other technology already in their stack.

Yes. Panoramix offers configuration options that allow firms to tailor the platform to their structure, workflows, reporting needs, and client service model. Settings and tools can be configured to support different firm and user requirements.

Panoramix Pro combines all of the capabilities included with a standard Panoramix license with integrated Trading & Rebalancing. These additional capabilities include tools for generating and submitting trades, bulk and individual account trading, trading rules, rebalancing, cash allocation, and other trading workflows. Panoramix Pro can submit trading files to most custodians, submit directly through APIs to several custodians, and submit through a FIX connection for most custodians.

Panoramix uses annual firm-level pricing based on Assets on Platform (AOP). Additional costs may apply for certain optional capabilities, services, or data feeds. For current rates and complete pricing details, visit our Pricing page.

There is no additional charge for individual user logins. A Panoramix firm license allows you to add as many advisor and assistant logins as needed, with access permissions that can be configured for each user.

For larger organizations with multiple teams, business units, or more complex needs, enterprise pricing is also available. Contact us to discuss the structure that works best for your organization.

No. Panoramix licenses are annual and do not require a multi-year contract.

Yes. Panoramix offers a 30-day free trial that allows prospective firms to evaluate and learn the platform using their own data.

Clients can use the Panoramix Client Portal to view portfolio information and access reports, statements, and documents made available by their advisor. The portal provides clients with secure online access to information their advisor has chosen to make available. Clients can also add held-away accounts to their portfolio through Plaid.

Yes. The Panoramix Client Portal is white-labeled, allowing advisors to customize the portal with their firm’s branding, including their logo and custom colors. Advisors can select specific HEX colors and preview how those colors will appear across portal elements before saving their settings.

Yes, to an extent. Most Client Portal configuration is managed at the firm level, providing a consistent experience across clients. For individual clients, advisors can control which reports and documents are automatically added to the client’s folder. Advisors can also disable Plaid integration or the ability to run reports for a specific client. Other portal views, modules, and configuration options are generally managed at the firm level.

Advisors can use the Client Portal to securely share documents with clients and control the documents made available to them. Clients can also upload and organize their own documents within the portal, while documents shared by the advisor remain under the advisory firm’s control.

Yes. Clients can upload documents to their portal and manage the documents they have added, including modifying or deleting them. Clients can also create folders to organize their documents. Documents shared by the advisor remain under the advisor’s control.

Yes. Advisors can create multiple portal logins for members of the same client household. They can also control whether documents associated with a client are visible to other members of that household, allowing access to be shared or kept separate as appropriate.

Yes. Advisors can make reports, statements, and other documents available to clients through the secure Client Portal.

Yes. Advisors control which reports, statements, and documents are made available to clients through the Client Portal.

Client Portal access is protected by individual username and password credentials, along with multi-factor authentication (MFA) for an additional layer of security. Advisors can also manage access for their clients, including resetting credentials and adding or removing portal access as needed.

Panoramix provides a wide range of performance reports, from Portfolio and Account Snapshots to more detailed reports such as the Annual Performance Summary, Investment Performance Report, and Custom Performance Summary. Reports can cover individual accounts, portfolios, households, or broader groups of accounts and can incorporate different reporting periods and benchmarks.

Panoramix performance reports include configurable options for reporting periods, benchmarks, fees, account detail, and other report-specific parameters. Depending on the report, advisors can also select or filter the clients, accounts, categories, or models to be included. Some reports also offer presentation options such as chart type, chart colors, and other display settings.

Panoramix supports multiple performance calculation methods, including Basic Rate of Return (BRR), Time-Weighted Rate of Return (TWR/Modified Dietz), and Money-Weighted Rate of Return (MWR/IRR).

Yes. Panoramix allows performance to be reported both gross and net of advisory fees.

Yes. Panoramix supports performance reporting at multiple levels, including individual accounts, portfolios, households, and the firm level. This allows advisors to review performance for a specific account or client relationship as well as broader groups of accounts.

Yes. Panoramix supports built-in benchmarks as well as custom-blended benchmarks for use in performance reporting. Advisors can also use My Benchmarks to select and order the benchmarks they use most frequently in report parameters.

Yes. Panoramix supports batch reporting, allowing advisors to generate reports or saved report packages for multiple clients or households at once. Reports can be delivered according to each client’s selected delivery preferences, including email, Client Portal, or generation of a PDF for printing and physical mailing.

Yes. Advisors can combine reports into customized report packages, save those packages for repeated use, and run them for different reporting periods. Saved report packages can also be used with batch reporting to generate reports for groups of clients.

Panoramix creates a daily performance interval for each account and uses that daily interval when calculating the rate of return for GIPS compliance. By comparison, the standard Modified Dietz method uses a monthly (calendar month) interval in its calculation. GIPS-compliant reporting supports firm-wide analysis for marketing purposes.

Yes. Panoramix supports performance composites and provides tools for reviewing composite performance and generating composite-level reports and summary information.

Yes. Panoramix is a multi-custodial platform and can report performance across accounts held at different supported custodians, allowing advisors to view and report on those assets within Panoramix.

Panoramix includes basic CRM and contact management capabilities that may be sufficient for firms that prefer to manage client information and workflows within Panoramix. Advisors can maintain client and contact information, organize related contacts and accounts, add notes to contacts, accounts, transactions, and holdings, track tasks, and use task groups and workflows to manage recurring processes. Firms that already use or prefer a dedicated CRM can also integrate Panoramix with third-party CRM systems.

Panoramix allows advisors to maintain client and contact information alongside the accounts and portfolio information associated with those relationships. Contacts can also be organized using categories, household relationships, and other firm-defined information.

Yes. Panoramix allows advisors to create dynamic and robust household relationships that associate related contacts and clients. Those relationships are considered in billing, performance reporting, report distribution, RMD calculations, Client Portal access, and more. Relationship settings can also be used to control how information is shared among associated contacts.

Yes. Advisors can create tasks and assign them to users in Panoramix. Firms can also create Task Groups containing multiple users for managing work across a team.

Yes. Panoramix supports multi-custodial billing, allowing firms to calculate fees across accounts held at different custodians as part of the same billing process.

Panoramix supports multiple billing periods, including monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual billing, as well as billing in advance or in arrears. Billing cycles can also be set at the household level, allowing related accounts to be managed together without changing each account individually.

Assigned billing cycles add further flexibility. A firm may have a subset of clients who bill monthly rather than quarterly; creating a monthly billing cycle assignment lets the firm run billing for that subset in each of the two months that are not quarter end, and for everyone at quarter end. Panoramix also supports treating any month end as a quarter end, for firms on a non-calendar fiscal year.

Yes. Panoramix allows firms to create multiple fee schedules, including tiered and flat-fee schedules, and assign different schedules to clients or accounts based on their billing arrangements.

The basis for tiering is the fee schedule. Options include calculating a blended rate across the tiers or charging only the highest tier’s rate, split tiering based on the fee schedule assigned, and several other factors.

Panoramix supports multiple Value Basis methods for determining the account balance on which a fee is calculated. Methods include point-in-time balances, balances adjusted for cash flows, average-balance calculations, and other approaches.

Yes. Panoramix includes an option to bill to the nearest dollar for each account for which a fee is calculated.

Yes. Panoramix includes Mock Billing, which allows advisors to calculate and review fees before completing the actual billing process. Mock Billing also identifies accounts with insufficient cash, giving advisors an opportunity to raise cash before fees are collected.

No. There is no limit to the number of mock billing or actual billing runs in Panoramix.

Yes. Panoramix can generate fee statements individually or in batches. Statements can be printed, saved to file, emailed to clients, or delivered through the Client Portal.

Yes. Panoramix includes a fee statement history feature, along with a fees data mining tool and a comparison to prior activity built into the billing results display.
